| Do you set spas and BBQs? |
| Not usually. This is a case by case basis. It depends on the time of the year and we prefer to work with professional spa moving companies to minimize the chance of damage to spa and surrounding areas. Again, this is a case by case call at our discretion. |
| Do you move shipping containers? |
| Very rarely due to weight and reach issues. |
| Will you crane my husband off the couch? |
| No. |
| Do I need a traffic permit? |
| Contact us and we will let you know our experience in the past with your situation. If a permit is needed or required we will recommend a traffic control company, but feel free to use one of your choosing if you prefer. |
| Do you accept credit card payment? |
| Yes. |
| Do you have a contractors license? |
| Yes. LIC# 967687 |
| Do you presite jobs? |
| Yes, but only if absolutely necessary. We rely on information from our customers, pictures and cut sheets and satellite images whenever possible in an effort to keep our costs down. If need be we can meet on the job site for a job walk. |
| Do you work on weekends? |
| Yes, for an additional fee. Call for prices and availability. |
| How early can I schedule a lift? |
| 6:00a.m. is our usual start time. We will start earlier if needed at an additional cost. Call for pricing and scheduling. |
| Do you work nights? |
| No. |
| Do you provide man basket service? |
| No |
| Will you haul off old A/C units? |
| Yes, we will haul units off if they can be hauled off safely and have not been vandalized. We do not haul old duct work due to tying down and securing issues. We do not recover freon. |
